ROOM RESERVATION AGREEMENT
To avoid charges cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to scheduled check-in. 17.25 % tax will be added to your bill unless you submit a hotel approved tax exempt form when you check-in at the hotel. Check must be made from organization listed on the tax exempt form. The 8% Occupancy Tax can be removed only if method of payment matches the tax exempt form, and you bring copy of your exempt form along with Hamilton County tax letter (located at the end of this document) which identifies Tennessee public schools as exempt from additional taxes.
Advisors should disable pop up blockers because there is a pop up window to warn when your session is about to time out. If you click on the pop up window, your time will be extended.
Many school systems block Chattanooga CVB housing emails due to firewall settings. Please add the CVB email domain (@chattanoogacvb.com) to your approved email senders list. You may need to pass this information to your IT department for assistance. Confirmation notices with links to cancel or modify rooms will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org.
