The starting point of your leadership journey in SkillsUSA is holding a Chapter Officer position. Being a chapter officer, you are responsible for the running of your local chapter and the members inside of it. As a chapter officer, you may plan fundraisers, create a program of work, run meetings, and so much more. Chapter Officer requirements are on a chapter-by-chapter basis so ask your local advisor for more information on your local chapter officer procedures.
